📢 We’re hiring – Merchandiser (MD)
📍Location: Tirana
In partnership with a leading international electronics company, we’re looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Merchandiser to ensure top-tier product presence in retail stores across the region.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys being on the move 🚗, building in-store relationships, and making sure every product is seen and well-positioned.
🛒 Key Responsibilities:
- Follow the assigned route plan (daily itinerary of store visits)
- Ensure strong product visibility and tidy displays at each retail point
- Maintain professional relationships with store staff
- Provide basic training on new product features and key selling points (to store owners and staff)
- Negotiate or secure premium shelf space and POP materials (Point of Purchase)
- Deliver and install all POP materials and in-store branding
- Collect and report key data from the field (e.g., stock levels, feedback)
- Track VOC (Voice of Customer: input from store staff or shoppers) (OOS)dent issues)
- Report any issues related to visibility or damaged packaging (dent issues)
